This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12310) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ENTPD8, targeting the amino acid region 305–458 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ENTPD8 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ENTPD8 (Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 8) is a membrane-bound enzyme that regulates extracellular nucleotide levels by hydrolyzing ATP and ADP into AMP and phosphate. Primarily expressed in the liver, intestines, and immune cells, this enzyme plays a crucial role in signaling processes, immune responses, and cell metabolism.
DPABH-12310 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-12310 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
