This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28473) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ENTPD1, targeting the amino acid region 374–551 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ENTPD1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ENTPD1 (Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase-1), commonly known as CD39, is a cell-surface enzyme that converts extracellular ATP and ADP into AMP. It acts as a crucial regulator of purine metabolism, inflammatory responses, and platelet aggregation. High expression of CD39 is linked to tumor immune evasion and is considered a novel checkpoint target for cancer therapy.
DPABH-28473 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-28473 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
