For immunofluorescence use DMAB8410MD diluted 1/50 to 1/250. For immunocytochemistry with ABC or other enzymatic methods use DMAB8410MD at dilutions of 1:1,000. For western blots try DMAB8410MD at dilutions of 1/1,000 to 1/5,000.

The muscleblind (MBNL) protein family has been implicated in myotonic dystrophy (DM), but a specific function for these proteins has not been reported.
