General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18637) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DPF3, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DPF3 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the D4 protein family. The encoded protein is a transcription regulator that binds acetylated histones and is a component of the BAF chromatin remodeling complex. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-18637 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-18637 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
