This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27498) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DLK2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DLK2 (Delta-Like Non-Canonical Notch Ligand 2) is a transmembrane protein that acts as an inhibitory regulator of the Notch1 signaling pathway, playing a key role in regulating cell differentiation processes such as adipogenesis, osteogenesis, and hematopoiesis. It is highly conserved in mammals and shares structural similarities with DLK1, often exhibiting opposite or compensatory roles. DPABH-27498 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-27498 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
