This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00606) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DKKL1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DKKL1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable co-receptor binding activity and receptor antagonist activity. Involved in negative regulation of testosterone biosynthetic process; penetration of zona pellucida; and positive regulation of apoptotic process. Acts upstream of or within canonical Wnt signaling pathway and positive regulation of fat cell differentiation. Located in acrosomal vesicle. Is expressed in several structures, including dorsal root ganglion; extraembryonic component; reproductive system; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human DKKL1 (dickkopf like acrosomal protein 1). DPABH-00606 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-00606 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
