This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12078) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DACH1, targeting the amino acid region 301–400 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DACH1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a chromatin-associated protein that associates with other DNA-binding transcription factors to regulate gene expression and cell fate determination during development. The protein contains a Ski domain that is highly conserved from Drosophila to human. Expression of this gene is lost in some forms of metastatic cancer, and is correlated with poor prognosis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-12078 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-12078 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
