This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12898) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CTNNA2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CTNNA2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables actin filament binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation; regulation of neuron migration; and regulation of neuron projection development. Located in cytoplasm. Implicated in complex cortical dysplasia with other brain malformations. DPABH-12898 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-12898 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
