General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04019) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CTAG1B, targeting the amino acid region 67–128 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an antigen that is overexpressed in many cancers but that is also expressed in normal testis. This gene is found in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and therefore has a neighboring gene of identical sequence. DPABH-04019 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-04019 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
