This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28595) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CPNE2, targeting the amino acid region 199–548 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CPNE2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Copines are a family of evolutionarily conserved calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins (PMID: 9430674). They contain two Ca(2+)- and phospholipid-binding domains known as C2 domains. Copines are potentially involved in regulating membrane trafficking and in protein-protein interactions. DPABH-28595 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-28595 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
