General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26027) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CORO1C. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CORO1C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-26027 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application. DPABH-26027 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
