This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23926) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human COL4A3BP. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with COL4A3BP from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a kinase that specifically phosphorylates the N-terminal region of the non-collagenous domain of the alpha 3 chain of type IV collagen, known as the Goodpasture antigen. Goodpasture disease is the result of an autoimmune response directed at this antigen. One isoform of this protein is also involved in ceramide intracellular transport. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-23926 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300) applications. DPABH-23926 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
