This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28149) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CNGA3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CNGA3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel protein family which is required for normal vision and olfactory signal transduction. Mutations in this gene are associated with achromatopsia (rod monochromacy) and color blindness. Two alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described. DPABH-28149 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-28149 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
