This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26211) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CLUAP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CLUAP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. CLUAP1 (Clusterin-associated protein 1), also known as IFT38, is an essential component of the Intraflagellar Transport B (IFT-B) complex, critical for cilia assembly, maintenance, and hedgehog signaling. It acts as a regulator of ciliogenesis,localizing to the distal appendage of the mother centriole and ciliary axoneme.
DPABH-26211 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300) applications.
DPABH-26211 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
