General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17686) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CLPB, targeting the amino acid region 359–707 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CLPB from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CLPB encodes a protein of 707 aa with a predicted molecular mass of approximately 79 kDa, presenting two conserved ATP-binding domains. CLPB is a member of the AAA+ protein family. This potential internal translation initiation site suggests that a smaller form of ClpB, with a theoretical molecular mass of approximately 58 kDa, may be produced. DPABH-17686 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:400), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-17686 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
