This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11098) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CLIC6. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the chloride intracellular channel family of proteins. The gene is part of a large triplicated region found on chromosomes 1, 6, and 21. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-11098 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-11098 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
