This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10885) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CHI3L2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is similar to bacterial chitinases but lacks chitinase activity. The encoded protein is secreted and is involved in cartilage biogenesis. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-10885 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-10885 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
