General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20858) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP192, targeting the amino acid region 768–988 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CEP192, also named PP8407 and KIAA1569, interacts with SHBG. It is required for mitotic centrosome and spindle assembly. CEP192 appears to be a major regulator of pericentriolar material (PCM) recruitment, centrosome maturation, and centriole duplication.
DPABH-20858 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20858 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
