This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11778) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP128, targeting the amino acid region 1–435 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Centrosomal protein of 128kDa is encoded by CEP128 gene in humans. CEP128 localizes to the subdistal appendages of the mother centriole and regulates TGF-β/BMP signaling at the primary cilium (PMID: 29514088). Centrosomal protein CEP128 plays a role in male fertility and its variants affected the ciliogenesis in testes (PMID: 35296684).
DPABH-11778 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-11778 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
