General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14512) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDYL2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDYL2 (Chromodomain Y-like 2) is an autosomal, nucleus-localized protein-coding gene belonging to the CDY family, often upregulated in cancers like breast and prostate. As a chromatin reader, it plays a role in epigenetic regulation by interacting with methyltransferases (G9a, GLP) to repress specific genes (e.g., MIR124), promoting tumor cell proliferation, migration, and stemness.
DPABH-14512 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), ICC (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-14512 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
