This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23269) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDADC1, targeting the amino acid region 50–188 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CDADC1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDADC1 (cytidine and dCMP deaminase domain containing 1) catalyzes the deamination of cytidine and deoxycytidine into uridine and deoxyuridine, respectively, and may play an important role in testicular development and spermatogenesis (PMID: 26945630, 16955368). DPABH-23269 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-23269 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
