General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11416) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCZ1, targeting the amino acid region 133–482 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCZ1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCZ1 is a new factor for the apoptotic cells removal. Impaired apoptotic cell clearance (due to defective recognition, internalization or degradation) results in autoimmune disease.
DPABH-11416 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-11416 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
