CBWD1 (COBW Domain Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene in humans and mice, identified as a potential causative factor in severe congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT). Homozygous deletions in CBWD1, which impact protein expression in the developing kidneys, are linked to conditions like renal agenesis and hypoplasia. DPABH-05987 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-05987 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
