General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01850) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CAPNS2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CAPNS2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Calcium-regulated non-lysosomal thiol-protease which catalyzes limited proteolysis of substrates involved in cytoskeletal remodeling and signal transduction. This small subunit may act as a tissue-specific chaperone of the large subunit, possibly by helping it fold into its correct conformation for activity.
DPABH-01850 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200), WB 1 (1000-3000) applications.
DPABH-01850 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
