This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11236) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CAPN15. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein containing zinc-finger-like repeats and a calpain-like protease domain. The encoded protein may function as a transcription factor, RNA-binding protein, or in protein-protein interactions during visual system development. DPABH-11236 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications. DPABH-11236 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
