This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22599) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CAB39. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables kinase binding activity and protein serine/threonine kinase activator activity. Involved in intracellular signal transduction; peptidyl-serine phosphorylation; and positive regulation of protein phosphorylation. Located in cytoplasm. Part of serine/threonine protein kinase complex. Implicated in hepatocellular carcinoma. Biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic cancer. DPABH-22599 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-22599 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
