This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20511) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C10orf35, targeting the amino acid region 1–91 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Cyclins, such as CCNY, control cell division cycles and regulate cyclin-dependent kinases (e.g., CDC2; MIM 116940) (Li et al., 2009 [PubMed 18060517]).[supplied by OMIM, May 2009].
DPABH-20511 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application.
DPABH-20511 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
