Intended Use

The Anti-C-1 Esterase Inhibitor ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of antibodies to C-1 Esterase Inhibitor in serum and plasma. Our ELISA-based kits combine a fast, user-friendly format with a sensitive and specific assay. This assay designed to detect IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies specific to C-1 Esterase Inhibitor.

3. Sample Diluent, 1×20 mL, 4°C
4. HRP-Conjugated Anti-Human IgG/IgM/IgA Antibodies, 3×100 μL,-20°C (avoid freeze-thaw cycles)
5. Wash Buffer (20× Concentrate), 1×50 mL, 4°C
6. TMB Substrate, 1×10 mL, 4°C, (protect from light)
7. Stop Solution (H₂SO₄), 1×7 mL, RT

Storage

1. Store all components at 4°C upon receipt. For long-term storage (>1 month), keep the microplate, standards, and HRP-conjugated antibodies at -20°C.
2. TMB substrate must be protected from light and not frozen.
3. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles for conjugated antibodies and standards.

Precision

Intra-assay precision (CV%): 8% - 11%. Inter-assay precision (CV%): 10%.
