This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20330) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6V1G3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATP6V1G3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ATP6V1G3,also named as ATP6G3, belongs to the V-ATPase G subunit family. ATP6V1G3 is a catalytic subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase). V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. DPABH-20330 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-20330 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
