General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12035) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6AP1, targeting the amino acid region 45–422 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATP6AP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ATP6AP1 is a component of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme, which is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for intracellular processes such as receptor-mediated endocytosis, protein sorting and zymogen activation. DPABH-12035 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-12035 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
