This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20474) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ASCC3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. 3'-5' DNA helicase involved in repair of alkylated DNA. Promotes DNA unwinding to generate single-stranded substrate needed for ALKBH3, enabling ALKBH3 to process alkylated N3-methylcytosine (3mC) within double-stranded regions. Part of the ASC-1 complex that enhances NF-kappa-B, SRF and AP1 transactivation. DPABH-20474 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. DPABH-20474 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
