This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24403) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARSD. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the sulfatase family. Sulfatases are essential for the correct composition of bone and cartilage matrix. The encoded protein is postranslationally glycosylated and localized to the lysosome. This gene is located within a cluster of similar arylsulfatase genes on chromosome X. A related pseudogene has been identified in the pseudoautosomal region of chromosome Y. DPABH-24403 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:100), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-24403 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
