This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08360) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARRDC3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARRDC3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Adapter protein that plays a role in regulating cell-surface expression of adrenergic receptors and probably also other G protein-coupled receptors. Plays a role in NEDD4-mediated ubiquitination and endocytosis af activated ADRB2 and subsequent ADRB2 degradation. May recruit NEDD4 to ADRB2. Alternatively, may function as adapter protein that does not play a major role in recruiting NEDD4 to ADRB2, but rather plays a role in a targeting ADRB2 to endosomes.
DPABH-08360 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-08360 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
