This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03539) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARL2. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ARL2 (ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 2) is a highly conserved, ubiquitous small GTP-binding protein of the Ras superfamily that functions as a master regulator of microtubule dynamics, tubulin folding, and mitochondrial fusion. It is crucial for cell division, ciliary trafficking, and, in some contexts, tumor suppression.
DPABH-03539 is suitable for use in IHC (1:15–1:50) application.
DPABH-03539 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
