This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05939) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF39, targeting the amino acid region 1–335 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 39 (ARHGEF39), also called C9orf100, is part of the family of Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factors (RhoGEFs) that activate small Rho GTPases to regulate a wide variety of cellular processes. ARHGEF39 was previously implicated in developmental language disorder (DLD) via a functional polymorphism that can disrupt post-transcriptional regulation by microRNAs.
DPABH-05939 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000) application.
