General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02194) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF16. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ARHGEF16 (Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 16), also known as Ephexin4, is a protein-coding gene that acts as a GEF to activate Rho-family GTPases (RhoG, Cdc42, Rac1). It plays a crucial role in regulating cell migration, invasion, and the clearance of apoptotic cells. Often overexpressed in cancers like colon, breast, and glioma, it promotes tumor progression and metastasis.
DPABH-02194 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-02194 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
