This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05875) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGDIG, targeting the amino acid region 27–205 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGDIG from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGDIG (Rho GDP-dissociation inhibitor gamma), also known as RhoGDI-3, is a protein that regulates Rho family GTPases, specifically RhoB and RhoG by controlling their GDP/GTP exchange. Primarily expressed in the brain, kidney, and pancreas, it acts as a negative regulator of cell motility, maintains the undifferentiated state of neural stem cells, and is linked to cancer progression, with elevated levels sometimes associated with increased tumor metastasis.
DPABH-05875 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05875 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
