General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04936) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANP32E, targeting the amino acid region 159–268 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ANP32E from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member E (ANP32E) is a histone chaperone that removes H2A.Z from chromatin. ANP32E is implicated in many cellular processes, including chromatin modification and remodeling, gene regulation, protein phosphorylation, and regulation of intracellular trafficking, and contributes to early development and cancer metastasis in mammals. In addition, ANP32E is involved in tumor development and is highly expressed in pancreatic and thyroid cancer cells, and promotes tumorigenesis in gastric cancer (GC) cells by inducing NUF2 expression.
DPABH-04936 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF-P (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-04936 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
