This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22848) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD46, targeting the amino acid region 1–189 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ANKRD46 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD46 encodes a protein containing multiple ankyrin repeats. Ankyrin domains function in protein-protein interactions in a variety of cellular processes. ANKRD46 also known as ankyrin repeat small protein (ANK-S), is a 228-amino acid single-pass membrane protein(PMID: 21219636).
DPABH-22848 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
