This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02701) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD34B, targeting the amino acid region 169–425 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ANKRD34B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD34B, also named as Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 34B, is a 514 amino acid protein, which contains 4 ANK repeats and belongs to the ANKRD34 family. The calculated molecular weight of ANKRD34B is 55 kDa, but the phosphorylated protein is about 60-65 kDa. DPABH-02701 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-02701 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
