General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13279) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD30A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD30A (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 30A), also known as NY-BR-1, is a breast tissue-specific differentiation antigen and transcription factor, highly expressed in normal mammary gland and up to 80% of breast cancers. It functions as a potential tumor-associated antigen with autoimmunogenicity in breast cancer patients, with expression often found in both cytoplasm and nucleus.
DPABH-13279 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), ELISA (1:5000) applications.
DPABH-13279 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
