This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07386) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD13D, targeting the amino acid region 100–267 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD13D (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 13D) is a protein-coding gene belonging to the ANKRD13 family, which functions as a ubiquitin-binding molecule, specifically recognizing 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin. It acts as a regulator of receptor endocytosis, with emerging roles as a potential therapeutic target in cancers such as renal cell carcinoma. DPABH-07386 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-07386 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide.
