General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20720) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANAPC16. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANAPC16 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The APC/C complex acts by mediating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins: it mainly mediates the formation of 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains and, to a lower extent, the formation of 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
DPABH-20720 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application.
DPABH-20720 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
