General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22000) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AGPAT9, targeting the amino acid region 225–430 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AGPAT9 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AGPAT9 (1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 9), also known as GPAT3 or LPCAT1, is a key enzyme in lipid metabolism that catalyzes the conversion of glycerol-3-phosphate to lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a crucial step in triacylglycerol synthesis. It is highly expressed in tissues like the lung and adipose tissue and has been identified as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer, inhibiting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion.
DPABH-22000 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22000 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
