This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05084) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AGBL4, targeting the amino acid region 109–268 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AGBL4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AGBL4 (ATP/GTP-binding protein-like 4, also known as CCP6) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a metallocarboxypeptidase, primarily involved in the deglutamylation of tubulin and other proteins. It is highly expressed in the testis and brain, playing a role in cilia assembly, neurodevelopment, and potentially acting as an oncogene in cancers like glioblastoma.
DPABH-05084 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05084 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
