General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02393) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ADRA1B, targeting the amino acid region 381–520 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ADRA1B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This alpha-adrenergic receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its effect is mediated by G(q) and G(11) proteins. Nuclear ADRA1A-ADRA1B heterooligomers regulate phenylephrine (PE)-stimulated ERK signaling in cardiac myocytes. DPABH-02393 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), flow cytometry (FC) (0.80 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications. DPABH-02393 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
