This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05255) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ADAMTSL1, targeting the amino acid region 1–355 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ADAMTSL1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ADAMTS-like genes (ADAMTSLs) produce proteins similar to those encoded by ADAMTS genes, only without catalytic domains, and may be responsible for regulating activities of ADAMTS. ADAMTSL1 was first identified in 1997 and was called punctin. ADAMTSL1 is distinct from other genes in the ADAMTS family, and binds to the extracellular matrix in a spatially-specific manner. DPABH-05255 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-05255 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
