This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4186) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6V0C. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ATP6V0C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Proton-conducting pore forming subunit of the membrane integral V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. CABT-BL4186 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application. CABT-BL4186 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
