Performance Characteristics
Intra-assay Precision: Low, medium, high concentration samples tested 20 times on same plate.
Inter-assay Precision: Low, medium, high concentration samples tested 20 times on three different plates.
Recovery tested by adding known amount of Gpt/Alt to samples.
Linearity tested by diluting samples at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8.
Stability tested at 37 °C for 1 month and 2-8 °C for 6 and 12 months.

General Description
This kit is based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti Gpt/Alt antibody was pre-coated onto the 96-well plate. The biotin conjugated anti Gpt/Alt antibody was used as the detection antibody. The kit is designed for quantitative determination of Gpt/Alt in mouse biological samples.
Standard Curve
This product has been tested and meets performance specifications. (Laboratory humidity 20%-60%, temperature 18-25 C. TMB equilibrated to 37 °C before color development, incubated at 37 °C for 15 min.)

Reconstitution And Storage
For Standards:
1. Centrifuge standard tube for 1 min at 10000 x g.
2. Add 1 mL sample dilution buffer into standard tube. Tighten cap and let stand for 2 min at room temperature. Invert several times to mix gently.
3. Centrifuge for 1 min at 1000 x g to bring liquid to bottom.
Note: Store dissolved zero tube standard at 2-8 °C and use within 12 h. Diluted working standards should be used within 2 h.
For Wash Buffer:
Dilute 30 mL concentrated wash buffer to 750 mL with deionized or distilled water (recommended resistivity: 18 MΩ). Mix well.
Crystals can be dissolved by heating at 40 °C water bath (below 50 C).
Prepared wash buffer: best used same day; can store at 2-8 °C within 48 h.
