Alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase 2 (AGXT2) is a mitochondrial enzyme (EC 2.6.1.44) involved in metabolic regulation, notably by degrading methylarginines (like ADMA) and controlling cardiovascular/renal health. It regulates blood pressure through the nitric oxide (NO) pathway and is expressed primarily in the kidney. CABT-BL234 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. CABT-BL234 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
